These General Conditions of Sale have as their object the regulation of the purchase of distance of the products and services offered, via the web, from the site www.eli-cosmetics.com
PRICES AND ORDERS
The prices of each item indicated on the site are expressed in Euros, and include VAT (for EU countries). The payments are made in Euro currency. For orders directed to non-EU countries (including Switzerland, Norway and the United States), local duties and taxes may be required at the time of delivery. Please verify the accuracy of the data and delivery addresses before sending the purchase order. Any variation, correction or modification of delivery and billing data must be communicated to the email address info@eli-cosmetics.com. Please promptly report any errors in the the aforementioned data.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Products will usually be shipped within 3 days of receiving your payment. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed within 3 days after the funds will have been accredited. Delivery times will depend on the type and location of shipment, as well from the times indicated by the carrier and from any customs checks. At the time of collection the customer must verify that the product received corresponds to the one actually requested and that it is free from defects. In the event that defects are found, the customer must communicate them promptly within 48 hours. from delivery of the product by sending an email to info@eli-cosmetics.com, with a photograph of the defects found attached.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN
Pursuant to art. 52 of the Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n.206 (Consumer Code), the customer who does not act in the exercise of his entrepreneurial or professional activity, or one of his intermediaries, has right to withdraw from the purchase made within 14 days from the delivery date of the purchased product on the website www.eli-cosmetics.com, without penalties and without the need to indicate the reasons. In case of withdrawal www.eli-cosmetics.com guarantees 100% reimbursement of the expenditure made by the customer for the purchase of the product, with the exception of any local duties and taxes applied.
To withdraw and obtain a refund of the payment, the customer must first send an email to the pec address marco.matteini@legalmail.it containing the communication of the wish to withdraw from the purchase made, within 14 days of delivery of the purchased product. Refund of the price will take place within 10 days of returning the goods, which must be carefully packaged as it was delivered to you to protect it from transport.
Please note that the following cannot be refunded:
customized products; products purchased for professional purposes; products returned without labels or with labels removed, or damaged, used or incomplete; products without accessories, internal packaging or which are damaged, used or incomplete; if the products and accessories have not been carefully packaged by the customer to preserve them from transportation. www.eli-cosmetics.com reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns and return them to the sender. The return shipping cost will not be refunded, and the return of the product is the responsibility of the customer who is fully responsible for it.
COMPLIANCE
www.eli-cosmetics.com reserves the right to charge the customer for any expenses incurred the verification of the product and for its shipment, if it is found to be intact and functioning or free of the lack of conformity complained of and referable to the date of delivery. The images and colors of the items on the site may not fully correspond to the colors real due to the type of computer screen or browser used for browsing.
APPLICABLE LAW
The purchase contract between the Customer and www.eli-cosmetics.com is to be understood as concluded in Italy and therefore it is regulated by Italian law and by community legislation that regulates remote purchases. In the event of any dispute, the competent court will be the Court of Florence.
